Resorts for sale?

Does anyone know of any resorts for sale in NW WI?

Norwood Haven on Grindstone Lake is for sale. I had some relatives stay there for a week in July, and I spoke briefly with the owner. At that point, the resort was still for sale. The link below has some more details:

Thanks for the info. A little high priced though, We’re looking for something under $700,000. So far only a couple in MN look good but we would prefer WI.

There’s also Louie’s Landing on Moose Lake. A little closer to your price range but not quite there. One thing this place has going for it is a strong client base!

Not to bad, but it looks like they want over a mill. for that one as well. I’ll be runing around over in that area
this weekend, perhaps one of the local bait shops or realitors have something under their hat.

Hobo’s on Long Lake is up for sale, he has a bar, cabins etc. I think he wants around 700g’s.

Thanks for the info. My PC hasn,t been working as of late, I hope Ihave it fixed now. I’ll check into this one. My wife dosn,t like this ides but her brother is investing a lot of money into this.

Fishers resort on mille lacs in MN is for sale. He has had it listed for over a year now. Its not Wis. but its not bad.
