    Is it possible to purchase a Wisconsin non-resident fishing license on line? Web search turns up nothing.

    Go to the Wisconsin DNR website. They have an online application at Wisconsin DNR. I hope this helps.

    A local bait shop in your area should be able to do it too, I know you can get both a WI and a IA licence at my local Gander Moutain.
