Status of Birch Lake in Birchwood

Hi All!
My brothers and I have been asked by a good friend of ours to put his docks in the lake in the spring and take them out in the fall on Birch Lake. In exchange, he’s letting us stay at his cabin those weekends to fish and have a good time.
My question is this: How has the fishing been on Birch for panfish and walleye? Are the sunnies holding deep as I suspect they are (like other lakes in the area)? Anything to say about the walleye’s?
Any feedback would be appreciated as we are going to have to pull the docks in the next few weeks and would like to plan our tactics.
