My Girlfriend and I have been out on the ice since December 1st on various SE Wisconsin Lakes. We mostly fish for pike on tip ups and Browns in the harbor. We’ve had quite a bit of success so far this year (it’s only her 2nd year out on the ice) These are the two biggest we’ve gotten so far this season.
Benny have you gotten out on the harbors yet for the Browns ?? That’s a blast !!!! 
Haven’t made it this year. I’ve been the past couple years and you’re right it’s a blast! Here’s a picture of a double my brother and I had on Milwaukee Harbor 3 years ago. He hooked one on his jigging rod and not 10 seconds later one of my Autos popped off 15 ft away. We fought ’em side by side for about ten minutes! It’s about the most fun you can have on the ice.
