Like MN, WI has tons of little out of the way lakes and tonight we put the hurting on some crappies and nice gils on one of the many.

Beautiful night on the water. I had never been on this lake before, we went to one nearby, didn’t do very well so started driving and ran into this beauty about 5 miles down the road.

We’ll be back to this little gem!!

The number of lakes up there is amazing. I love having my little 14′ Lund at the cabin to hop around.

I am envious, there are a pile of lakes up there to explore, not enough summers in a lifetime!

Nice fish, I live in the Minocqua area and have a 12′ flat bottom boat just for that reason. There’s a lot of lakes in the area with trout in too.
