    Anyody fish this lake? Any hazards a newbie should be aware of?

    I fish it occasionally. Not much for hazards to speak of. You can boat into Wind Lake and from there into Church Pine Lake. The channels between lakes are very shallow so you have to watch your motor, but other than that, it’s pretty wide open.

    thanks. I am looking to fish some new areas. i found this on lake link. not much for fishing reports. looks like a nice little body of water. i noticed it is a seepage lake. how’s the water clarity?

    It’s clean until late June usually. Algae bloom then but not bad.

    ended going into Church Pine. less wind. with all the rain there was a good 18 to 24″ of water in those channels. awesome little lake. popped some smaller largemouth. weeds aren’t coming up yet. definitely going to do it again when the water warms up
