    Altoona is hit or miss. The best spot is the North Eastern sand flat. Walleye and decent perch roam the flat for dinner. I’ve had my best luck trolling to cover the most groud. It sounds like they are going to lower the panfish limit to 15 next year which should really help the number. Right now too many guys are keeping the 7-8 inch perch. Good luck
