A.R.M is currently planning a Big Brothers Big Sisters event to be held on Lake Menomin, Menomonie Wisconsin. We are looking for some boaters to take out some of the children and their mentors from the BB/BS organization. We are planning on having this event on June 5th. If you would like to participate as a boater and meet some of the staff of I.D.A. and have a great day just respond to the ARM forum under the post of boaters needed. We need to have about 8 to 10 boaters yet that would like to spend this Saturday the 5th of June fishing and boating with the kids and their mentor

    Thank You

I would love to do that, I am coming home from a trip that Friday and I have my church picnic that weekend so I will have to say no, but in the future if you need me I would like to offer my boat and services. I did forward the post to a few people who might be able to help out. Good Luck!

The event is for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters orgs. ARM (Anglers as Role Models) takes out the kids and the bigs fishing. I guess if your talking the littles they are around 10-15 years of age and I’m not sure at what age you can be a Big Brother if thats what you mean. Now for boaters I would like a person to have quite a bit of boat time under there belt before taking out the children and their mentor.I don’t know if there is a special age but I would say off the top of my head 18 would be a good age if someone has had lots of experiance at boating. If a person younger than that would want to help I’m sure there is some other duties that we could use some help with. Well that got longer and more confusing as I went along. Did I help? Please check out the forum on ARM there is a lot of stuff in there along with photo’s.
