Terrible fishing and camping weather with a tent! The fish were active on Winnie on Wed along the north shore. We fished from Farley Creek to the Rock Piles. We caught walleyes and northerns on green jigs tipped with a rainbow. We got good sized rainbows at Freds Bait Shop. We caught our fish in 9 feet of water. Mon and Tue we fished in Little Cutfoot and caught 10 inch crappies in the evening for fish suppers. We marked a lot of fish in Bowens Flats on the way in on Wed.We had to come in so did not fish those markings. They were heavy! Good luck to you men and women on fishing Winnie!
