Judds is sold

I was sad to get a letter from Ron and Sharon Hunter stating they have sold the resort to developers. I always enjoyed staying there.

We got the letter too.
I’m hearing this is happening more and more. Investment groups buying up resorts, parcelling them out to the individual investors and bam, you own a lake home with out the yard work. I’m sure somebodies making out on these deals.
I wish them the best of Luck and much Happiness in their retirement years!
