Got back on Sunday from our yearly trip to Winni. Fishing was pretty good over all. Fish were much shallower then last year. Majority of walleyes came in the 8-8.5 fow on jigs with a half shiner. The half shiners probably out fished wholes 1 to 2. My boat had it’s best luck on the flats between the Dugouts and Stoney Point. Biggest fish caught by the group was 25 7/8 with slot fish being abundant. The perch were being caught in large numbers, but we didn’t find any of the jumbos. Can’t wait already for next year.
