Whos catchin perch?

I’m getting ready to do the Winnie runs within the next few weeks. Has anyone made any recent voyages? Seeing any big schools/signs of spawn.

Made it up for a day and a half Friday and Saturday morning. Hit the main lake at first ice and moved around quite a bit and went thru a little over a tank of auger gas for 4 perch between two guys. We tried Rebel Hump, The Rocks and two other spots I have marked from the past. About 11:30 we made the run to up near Plughat into about 15 ft. and started picking up some nice perch. By 2:30 we had 36. Then we headed back out to the main lake for the walleye bite on a small hump. Picked up 5 keepers, two slots and a bunch of smaller throwbacks. Saturday we went back to Plughat and the cold and wind restricted us to staying put inside the shack but we still managed around 30 by 11:15 when we had to get going. One real nice slot walleye also on Saturday morning around 22 inches.
