Opening weekend over the last few years has been interesting when it comes to getting those ever so wanted spot-tail shiners. Well this year is much different, It sounds like ever bait store in the area will have them on hand and plenty of them.
Water levels in the area are quite low. Winnie is slowly on the rise, but expect it to be lower then normal. I would suggest using resort access if possible, as some of the public ones are not real functional. Lets have a safe opener.
