If anyone is intrested in a great resort to go out of on the south side of Winnie contact Denny’s Resort. 218-665-2222. They have a real small incline to get on and off of the ice and plowed roads (if we every get enough snow) From here you can get almost anywhere on the lake. They also offer ice houses for rent and cabins to stay at in the winter. Pat really runs a top notch operation and you won’t be disapointed
