When are you planning on fishing Winnie? We are suppose to stay below freezing here the next few days which should make for good ice yet, but after this weekend it looks like it may warm up and at that time I think for your safety I would plan on ATV or foot traffic only.

Fished Winnie last weekend. I have a 4×4 but didn’t realize til later that I ran on two wheel drive all day. Not much snow on the ice but I did avoid the small drifts that were scattered about.

I dont think you will have a problem driving this weekend, after tonight there wont be a drop of water on the lake and there calling for -7 wednesday and mid 30s for the weekend. Just got done cleaning 300 perch and there still pretty nice sized.

    Thanks, Todd
