After the last few outings, I have a hunch that many anglers are not worried about the size of there line. Well it makes a huge diffence in my eyes. If you have had the situation where you can’t get the fish to bite, but your buddy sitting next to you is catching fish, it may simple be your line size. Remember the fish are finicky this time of the year more then they are aggressive, I would suggest using 1-2 pouind Stren line on a few poles, this may make then difference on those tough days. This is mainly for those crappies and perch, but the walleyes I would try 2-4 lb. line on those tough days.
