I know theres a chain of 5 likes just outside of iron river itself that has everything, eyes skis pike and panfish. Only other lake ive tried up there is Siskwit, which is pretty much just a shallow puddle now, plus it has mercury advisories, which is a big problem up there. Any lakes you want to try aside from that chain Id cross reference with the DBR site to see if theres any mercury warnings.

Namekagon – Delta – Pike Lake Chain – and the countless number of little lakes around Iron River all have good panfish populations.. Delta is a great lake for numbers and has easy access..

I remember good ole Delta lake! Grandparents used to have a cabin on it. We used to get crappies out in front of the island there. And oh boy was there largemouth in there! some big pike too.
