Tuesday I went up and fished the south shore out of Washburn. Trolled for coho, got the first two before I even got all three of my lines set! Only fished a couple of hours but got 4, all the fish moved out a bit deeper, the first two were on the first break line coming off of shore, in about 20-25 feet of water. the other two was in about 30-40 feet of water with schools of smelt. All the fish came on Reef Runner Ripsticks with 55 feet of line out, on planer boards. there was alot of people out too fishing, and I saw alot of fish get caught, so I think everybody is in them pretty good. It was also before the wind kicked up on tuesday, so that might of helped the fish bitting too.

    Good luck,

You just keep stoaking the fire Tanner, can’t wait till sat comes around. Nice job on the fish, and thanks for the report. Hope the winds stay down. -Mark

headed out this morning. Did pretty good went 5 for 9 in under 2 hours once i found em. Coho’s, browns and steelhead. Lots of mud. Husky jerks and x raps produced best. What a nice morning on the lake, it was dead calm and it was hot out!

Wife and I fished Corny the 15th and 16th 9-2pm both days–ended up with 10 coho and even a 9.5pd king–biggest king I ever caught on the big lake!! caught all on bright colors–mostly yellows-with a fire tiger rap in there too–all stick baits–but for the king caught him 50 ft down on a rigger–yellow spoon–water temps were 39-44–and caught all 100-120fow–was a mud line out there from the rain at time too–was a nice weekend and weather was great–calm for most part of the weekend
