Hows the bite on the whole lake?

    Here is the main scoop for Chequamegon bay. Stay off the ice on vehicles, snowmobiles and 4 wheelers. 3 trucks took the big swim the past week. The ice thickness really varies around the bay esp since the warm weather. This will improve as we get this upcoming cold weather. Small splake have been caught mainly on the Washburn side. Some northerns, walleyes and perch have been caught off of second landing on the east side of the bay. There is no ice from Houghton point north.
