    anyone know if any of the coho runs have started on any of the south shore rivers?

    Not yet, maybe another week or two. The next big rain could speed things up tho.

    do you guys fish the rivers then or troll in front of em?? I never really tried for fall cohos–normally boat is away and never buy a stream trout stamp

    I hit the river mouths, dont have a boat to take on lake superior. last year I timed it right and one shore spot had coho jumping periodically. If I knew the areas better Id try further up the rivers but I dont so Im limited to the accessable areas.
