We hit Superior yesturday and launched again out of Superior Wisc, lake was about as calm as you can get.

We hit 4 lakers and two Coho, seems everything we used produced at least one fish, dispy divers, planer boards and downriggers, we fished in about 60-70 fow of water and we caught fish from just under the surface to close to the bottom, spoons and lures both.

Not a lot of fish, not overly large, but a nice day on the water.

We couldn’t find eyes in the lake. I got one 20″ eye in the river, and we got several lakers and a few salmon mostly shallow 20′-33′. It wasn’t due to a lack of trying though. Nice job finding eyes.

Where did you find the eyes? Did you have to run far or in the usual haunts. Its been slow out there this year so good job.

We’re off to try again next Wednesday and a walleye or two would be nice, not looking for anybodies hot spot, just a area/depth to try?
