Thought I would share a few of the pictures from one of the best weekends of the year! Fished a few different lakes on southern minnesota and didnt do as well as last year. We got our limit both saturday and sunday last year but not this year. We managed to catch ten keepers on saturday and a bunch of small ones and let a few go that were 20 to 22 inches. We slept in on Sunday spent half the day with Mom and then fished a few hours in the afternoon and caught 7 keepers and let a couple more go that were around the 20 inch mark. Fishing should pick up when the water warms up a little more. All the fish were caught on Rapala’s and casting with plastics.
