I tried Shields for a couple hours with my 3 year old. Not a bite. Water temp. 59-60, way clearer than normal, still low water, only 2 pelicans, no one else even out. Marked some fish, but too stubborn to bite evidently. The access reminded me why I don’t go there much…don’t like having to load/unload with the trolling motor. Crappies are generally biting by ‘eye opener though. TGIF
