Has anyone been on this lake lately? Was thinking of going over one day this week and doing a little bass fishing. How’s the water quality been lately. I’ll bet this lake was jumping over the 4th.

I haven’t been over there lately but in the past I’ve seen alot of bass caught off of the island shorelines. Especially the 2nd island from the boat landing. Good luck and let us know how you do. Thanks, Bill

I fished it last fall and had great luck throwing stick worms along the shorelines. You never had to go to far to catch another fish.

Cedar…Lot’s of bass! It’s probably the best lake for bigger bass, but not many so far being caught. Lakes get real green around faribault. Hunt lake to the NW has been real good for bass the past couple years, but more of a numbers lake. On either lake you can catch them on plastics, cranks, pitching jig and crawler/minnows, even bobbers while bluegill fishing. Good Luck. Hunt is a fun lake if you want to entertain kids! TGIF

I know Hunt is a real small lake but was wondering what kind of ramp it has. It sounds like a nice lake to take the grandkids too. Thanks, Bill [ps. have you heard anything about Washington Lake?] Thanks.
