Went over to Waterville and fished the channel between Sakatah and Tetonka and the bay for bluegills…not much luck. Ended up fishing smallmouth bass instead….since they were there and are rather entertaining to catch. Pitching a jig and 1/2 crawler, jig and leech, and casting #5 craw shad rap. No big smallies, but some line tuggers. Sounds like the better bass lakes in the area are putting a lot of largemouth out if they are of interest. TGIF
