I’ve got a good buddy heading to Sakatah next weekend and I would appreciate it if some members familar with Tetonka and Sakatah would share some pointers. General locations, spring patterns, typical presentations??? Any info is appreciated.
    Thanks CCoops

Hello, Don’t know alot about Sakatah but I would try both the inlet and outlet and also there is a point on the left side down aways as you head in the direction on Sakatah as if you were coming from the Tetonka direction that I would fish. On Tetonka there are alot of places to hit. There is both an inlet and an outlet, there is a canal area that goes back from the lake that can be good early casting to rock on the shoreline. There are steep breaks in fron’t of Best Resort and across from Best resort there is a big point that gets alot of attention from fisherman. Presentations can be jig and minnow or bottom bouncer and spinners at the inlet. Cast cranks at the outlet. Cast jig and minnow to the shorelines in the canal, and jig and minnow at the point across from Best Point and bottom bouncer and live bait on the breaks in fron’t of Best Resort. Good luck and let us know how he does. Thanks, Bill
