Austin mill pond

    Got out to the mill pond for a little over an hour today…had class till 2 and had to be back at 6. Caught couple nice crappies and a northern. was using minnow heads and caught the northern on a shiner underneath a tip up. theres about 4-5 inches of ice.

    nice fish man..I will have to look you up next time i go over that way fishing again…where do you get bait there cause i can not rememebr if the White whale is still open over there or not

    Yea man, give me a call sometime if ur headin over to come fishing (5074404155). I had bait left over from when i went to tetonka. but theres a guy in town who owns a plumbing/baitshop and he sells minnows and waxies.The shop is right by the donut connections (old dunkin donuts). And white whale closed up prolly 3-4 years ago i think. but yea dont be afraid to give me a ring.

    Nice fish !! always wondered what roamed the depths of that pond.
