Has anyone been out fishing on cannon lake the past couple of days? I had heard a rumor that they were biting but no specifics on where. 
How about madison or tetonka? ?Some info would be nice cause I am planning on going out fishing this weekend.
We went to Cannon this last Saturday Tried several shallow water pockets no luck. We then headed to Tetonka and caught several small crappies and bass. Caught one 12 inch Crappie and some northerns and one small walleye. Lots of boats out on tetonka, we did not see anyone catching any big crappies lots of small ones were being caught. It was a great day to be in a boat anyway. Good luck. 
I was on Cannon this evening. Did not wet a line…just testing equipment. Many areas showing fish suspended 5 ft. below the surface especially near rock bars. Could be crappies or white bass would have to catch a few to know for sure. Water temp on surface was 58 degrees. Lightning chased me off early.
