Austin area ice

Hit the ramsey dam today for the first time on the ice this season only to catch a couple small crappies. The ice was in good shape with 4 solid inches. Hopefully the cold weather sticks around for another week without snow and the ice will be in good shape for the season.

i got out to the mill pond today for a couple hours. I didnt mark many fish at all but i did manage to bring in a couple little perch. I would say the ice is a good 4 1/2- 5 inches there. looks like its supposed to warm up next week a little bit
