Does anyone know the story with lake elysian I had heard it totaly froze out a few years ago but every night when I drive by on my way home from work there is a couple houses out there and usually someone fishing what are those guys catching??????
It dis get a hard winter kill some years ago… but, I think it is coming back…. I too have heard many people fishing it but have no reports of big fish being taken. Years past it has been great, I expect it will be back.

If I remember correctly someone forgot to turn the aireator [sp] on one year and they did have a fish kill. It sounds like it has come back though from what I have heard through the grape vine so to speak. Hope so as it can be a good lake for fishing.
