Roberds Lake

I will be going to Roberds lake this weekend and was wondering if anyone had any info. I`d like to get my four year old on some nice sunnies. Thanks

Hello, Haven’t been to Roberts in a long time but on the north bay you will find an inlet that use to produce some out in front and to the sides areas. BUT if you want to make that little guy smile real big then take him to Cedar Lake near Fairbault. These are small sunfish but tons of them around the islands. Use a bobber with a real small piece of worm on it, size 8 hook and you will be casting it into 2-4 ft. of water but lots of good action for a little guy. We like to fish the north side of the 2nd. island [to the left from the landing]. Its my oldest grandaughters favorite lake as alot of action and fun. Bill
