went to tetonka, got on the water about noon fished until dark. Found fish in the deep water, fish that i caught where on the point across from the river inlet in about 18-22′. Had a lot of bites they just wouldn’t hold it long enough for a hook set. Water temp was at 41.
Dragged some small sucker minnows around for awhile didn’t get anything on them, just the fatheads.

Were they marking as big fish? Did you set on anything that had any weight to them? Just wondering… Next time you get to go and have an open chair, I’ll be glad to spring for the bait and gas…. Hawger
there where big and small arcs everywhere out there, I did set on one that broke my line, 4lbs test and was taking line fast, (pike) I think. I will let you know, River for sunday.
