Any reports on the Faribault area lakes for panfish?
Wonder if French is choaked up with weeds yet.
Is there a resort that rents boats/motors on Mazaska?

Before the heat wave hit French wasnt bad at all, we caught a ton of sheepies and a few eyes……trolling spinners was the name of the game that day.

I believe Mazeska has only camp grounds and not much vacancy. It is a good pan fish lake when it wants to be though.

Just last week, My brother-in-law caught a sheephead with a sunfish half swallowed on French while fishing off his dock! He claimed to be the first in the family to get a double by himself. The sunfish have been on, but have been mostly smaller ones. So I guess the heat hasn’t stopped everything.
