THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WATCH… WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING.
* TIMING AND LOCATION: ALL OF THE NORTHLAND IS IN AN SUPERIOR AND SURROUNDING AREAS ARE IN AN AREA OF EXPECTED HEAVY SNOW CONDITIONS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.
* SNOW… AREAS OF WELL OVER 8 INCHES OF SNOW COULD OCCUR OVER THE REGION BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
* MAIN IMPACT: EXPECT VERY DANGEROUS WEATHER CONDITIONS. ALSO… HEAVY WET SNOW COULD CAUSE POWER OUTAGES.
