    slow, slow and slower….I would think .8-1.3 would be approx speeds. Larger baits like #14’s HJ. Remember rocks will hold the heat better than weeds, but if the whitefish and tullies are spawning its game over for walleyes. Most walleyes scatter when the tullies show up for spawn. Making it tougher fishing conditions. good luck for all heading out, be safe!
