The boat has been in dry dock since before memorial day (thanks work, school, etc) so a buddy and I are making the trip up tomorrow hoping to dodge the storms. Actually hoping for a LITTLE wind as last time it was way too hot and flat. I’m sure this time it will be 4′ rollers.

If you see a White Triton 177 w/ Merc hanging off the back, . If the wind blows out of the South like it is supposed to we will be on the West Side rocks. Anything else we might be out playing in the mug. Good luck and stay safe!

It was pretty rough out there yesterday! We still had a great day and thankfully the fish cooperated. Hoping to post a fishing report soon.

    Good luck!

One question… Which hand do you reel with on a baitcaster? I never understood you guys who reel right handed on a baitcaster but left handed on a open face.

I’ll honk on my way by tomorrow!

My baitcasters are on both sides. Of course, this is assuming I’m fishing in a state that isn’t so archaic it allows the use of two lines.

I’m right handed, so this tends to be my strongest hand so I grip better with the right hand, the lefty, well he just does the reeling!
