Good afternoon fellow ice fishermen!! I am thinking of getting a few people together this winter and thinking of going to Mille Lacs. Was wondering if anyone had a few pictures of the sleepers at the Red door resort? I was told this was the place to stay!

I won’t mention names, cuz I suspect the biz has since changed hands. However, my first rental experience on the SE side of the lake was something else. We definitely didn’t have to worry about carbon monoxide poisoning, it had so many leaks and cracks, we could barely stay comfortable at night with the heat cranked and all our gear on.
My point, there are definitely resorts that will take care of you and others who just want your dollars. I know stay at the Red Door every fall.
