I made it out to Flamingo Sunday. 5 to 7 inches in most spots but I found 2 inches in a refreeze area that had to be detoured around. The ice is ugly in spots with a nice pile built up on the reef south of Flamingo. Open water about a hundred yards to the west started growing in the stiff wind so I bailed early before a spinner rig would be needed. Agate had a strip of open water on the end. Nothing but small Perch in every hole, no keepers and no Walleyes.
