I would like advice on if I should bring my 4wheeler or not I do have chains for it but I here it real tough to get around but I’m thinking of leaving it on the truck until I get out on the lake I’m set up to be portable I have all the gadgets so I can still leave it home and just pull my sled alittle off the roads in that case who has the best road territory on the lake.

    Check out these reports:

May be tough going with a wheeler. Be sure to have a shovel and possibly a tow strap along. Definitely put your chains on.

Report back and let us know how you did. I’d head out of the Red Door, sounds like the fish are going on the north end.

We were out last week, ATV’s did fine. Could run cross country. We had to hold it to the boards and rock the machine once in a while, they did fine, but another 1-2″ and it would have been a battle. They got some snow recently so I’d say NO GO cross country.

If we can get a little warmer/sunny weather it’ll knock that snow pack down so ATV’s will be doable again. Until then sleds are the way to go.
