I know many of you are going to be on the Pond this weekend. Who all will be up?? I can only make it Friday and Saturday nights. Staying at the Red Door, so give a yell if you are in the area. I’ll be the quiet guy who minds his own business. Kind of shy actually.

Thursday afternoon thru Sunday morning. We have a cabin rented on the north end of the lake.

By the way we have an extra spot in the cabin if someone needs a place to stay. Shoot me a PM or give me a call if you are interested. 402-890-3057

Stop at the compound. Me and D will be removing the sliding glass doors, and putting in a big picture window.

I’m up on Friday and Saturday night. Staying on the Southwest side of the lake with a group of guys. I wanted to be on the water last night with the moon up like it was. It was hard being home.

82 is the typical IDA Channel. Unless Chappy is there, then use the “OTHER” channel.

I hope to keep the good bite going from last weekend. It should only improve with the bait podding up, weeds dying off more and eyes starting to pack up. Good luck to all. It sure has been nice basically having the whole lake to ourselves the last month but it will be a busy one this weekend.

I already fished for a while on Sat the 20th. Got skunked in Casino Bay, but I was only out for 2 long trolling passes and I think I was movin to fast. Decided not to go out Tues 23rd because of wind.

Weather permiting will be out Tonight (Wed), Thur, and Fri with my buddy Cisco Pete which is always an adventure. This guy gets so excited when he has a fish on it’s unbelieveable.

WOW is all I can say. My brother and I just got back from last night. And the bite is on fire. That was probably the 2nd best I have ever done for numbers wise and man were they on the chew.

Whoever is going up this weekend I think you are in for a treat a few days early of Halloween.

Will get more details / pictures up later but we ended up with 8 (1 box fish (plus one jumbo), 4 others under 18, and 4 over 25). Oh yea one basketrack buck also…

Definetly a good time for being our first time for full moon. Might not be back this year, but the future is definetly for sure…

Thanks to all the chatter on the radios and this site for great information, making that learning curve so much shorter!!!
