    1st 3 pics are left overs from another trip

    #11 black & Gold rap .5–.7 MPH 4 FOW 175′ line west shore line.

    Bites been great 11 outa 13 days.Same location just look for the dozen loons along the shore line and also look at the slimmer pic dead give away to location

    Last week was hot for slot fish last few days things have turned 25″-27″
    slot eyes are few & far apart.I would say in a 1/4 mile stretch you cant go 75 yards without catching a fish. Black & gold or no fish simple rule i threw everything we had on another rod and O fish.Aslo used #9 & 13 black/Gold they worked but the #11 won 4-1

    Sat & sun best bite was 11 am then again around 4pm.Windy,cloudy,sunny or calm did’nt seem to matterr.Late sat afternoon/evening when the wind picked up outa the east lots of boats moved into the area but were fishing 9-12FOW with no luck

    Thanks for the report, it looks like you did better than most this last weekend. Interesting seeing them so shallow in 4′ of water but you cannot argue with the results.
