If you haven’t noticed, we have a dedicated forum for Mille Lacs Walleye, Bass, and Muskies. Also take some time to look at our reports section, just a couple from Mille Lacs from time to time 
. I would invite your friend to come join IDA, it’s better here, and always a good thing.

As bad as it seems, the internet is HUGE !!! It is kind of cheesy for a first post, but nonetheless, welcome to the best site for Mille Lacs and alot of other areas of interest.

I’m pretty quiet and mainly just read. I have been coming to this site for years. Maybe 2 or more I guess. It depends on the job and how much time they put me in front of the computer 
Hmmm, after the 1st post this second one was much easier. Maybe I will post more. I just don’t like to type a lot, then the boss know I am not working, dead giveaway!
Like I said above though guys, my buddy founf this on craigslist last night and when I went there I was discouraged that there was no activity. It was the 1st day, so it says and I figured why not.
James and the entire IDA crew take good care of us members, this site, and the whole fishing industry. I know where my loyalty lays and I can’t say i bookmarked that other site. There is more info on this site than you can even get thru with more arriving constantly. I think you should delete the post referring to “another” site. Just my 2 cents. I would be interested on hearing some examples of how you think posting that on this site would be good?
I read all the ML boards for humor as much as info. I tend to rarely post BUT having another site is surely not going to hurt this or any other site.
come on guys whats it going to hurt that there is another fishing web site out there? really. as much as you learn from this site (and i do learn from here, and really love this site) but then on the other site you will also have people that are not on here and it is just more input to things. i see nothing wrong with belonging to more than one fishing website, i know i belong to ida, fishingminnesota,catch-n,reelfisherman,and now fishing mille lacs. sorry guys if what i am doing is “wrong” but i like to learn from everyone everywhere.
But you also didn’t post a link to the new website on the competitors website on the first day the new website is launched. I’m not against other websites as competition which is good in the long run but posting on a competitors site is classless & tacky (especially for a first post). Nothing suspicious there 
but hey if IDA doesn’t care neither should I.

If you had a web site nobody visited and one you can’t sell advertising for wouldn’t you try to steal some people over to your site?
Best of luck with your site, integrity is a big thing over here, I don’t thing many IDA people will be stopping by.
It turns out that I pissed some people off with this post. Thought I was doing a good thing by passing this along.
Now my Integrity is being questioned 
Again I am not affiliated with either site but I do like to read. I did get an e-mail from the guy who started the other site and he was pissed off as well.
