    I was wondering if there is a decent tent camping area on the lake with a marina on Mille Lacs?

    I liked camping at the state park on the lake. Nice place and you can launch your boat right there.

    I have tented at Fishers a couple times. Not the best spot around but it works.

    The Father Hennipin State park is excellent. If you are going to tent it stay in the maple grove campground. There are 2 boat launches there.
