Where to meet on Mille Lacs

    I’m trying to meet up with a dozen or so folks towards the north end of the lake Saturday for a burger and a beer around noon. Can anybody recommend a place toward that end of the lake that could potentially accomodate 6 or 7 boats and 12-14 folks? I’d say Hunters, but we may be pushing maximum density! Does Castaways have dockage for quite a few boats?

    Castaways should work for you. They have a pretty good dock set-up and a BIG dining room.

    Judge- It wouldn’t hurt to call ahead just incase they have an event or something going on. I wouldn’t want to see your 6 or so boats from your group working around the front of The docks looking for a place to land. That would pull another 50 or more boats in their thinking your on some hot bite.
