Well I havent been up to the big lake in 3 years. Last time I was up I had a nice catch of eelpout. This time was different. Right away I dropped a tiny jigging spoon tipped with a minnow head right to the bottom. I didnt have my vexilar today so I just went right to the bottom. Pulled out a 18′. Good Eater. A little while later pulled out a fish almost the exact same size. No perch today though. I was about to give up when I stepped out to look at my tip ups and break the ice when I came back to my shack to see my bobber at the bottom of the hole. I set the hook and 5 minute later pulled out the biggest pig of my life, a 29 Inch mille lacs monster. I ran it to the shack next door to get measured but he didnt have a scale. just a tape. 29 inches right on the nuts and very fat and very healthy. THis fish was amazingly fat and healthy. I bet it went close to 9lbs. I am getting my film developed and will be uploading the pics. Thanks for the post guys, I read them everyday and I will be posting more often in return.

BTW, I was fishing off of hunters point at 3 mile flat I believe it was. 33.5 fow

Resize them down to under 900KB (about 500×300 dpi). Then when you make a post, check the box that says add attachment. Then you will be able to search your hard drive and load them up. You can only load one at a time. Meaning you for each pic, you need to make a new post.

wheres the eyes, good report and nice fish. I would say 9lbs is pretty close. One of the guys in our group caught a 29 1/2 this weekend up there and it went 9 lbs 4 oz.
