How’s the weather effecting the ice conditions? Planning on coming up there next wed. and probably renting a house, are the resorts still pulling them out. My buddies house is out of Wilderness on the east side, anyone know if they are pulling out?
The word around here on Mille Lacs is that most resorts are going to wait on pulling any houses out till after this weekend. It might not be true in all cases…….call your resort and check first had.
The warmer temps during the day time has’nt help make much ice. The nights are still cooling down, tonite it is going down to 18 deg. Todays forecast was 45 deg. and it maybe only went up to 28 deg. the cloud cover helped hold the temps down…….
Had to drive to SD today for work, the sun is shining and it’s beautiful out here. I’m sure the fog has burned off in that direction. One thing about it, there shouldn’t be much run-off since we didn’t have hardly any snow. I’m betting the ice is going to be fine, but like Bobber said, you better check with your resort for sure.
