Yes Jon, this is much better news than hearing more of tribal purchases here on Mille Lacs?
I also spoke to a Messenger reporter this weekend about getting something written on the plans with Lakeside Resort.
They hope to get an interview this week……
Yep, keep ownership under Minnesota Citizenship. That would have been a blow to the local economy if Izaty’s came off the tax rolls.

How many resorts or different properties have the mille acs indians bought?
That’s a good question……they have bought up a number of resorts on the westside, I think somewhere around 3,4,5?
A couple that I am aware of are Wigwam Inn, Eddy’s.
They have also been buying up land all around the lake. This land is easy to idenify by the signs they post on the bondarys, orange in color with blk print.
