Lakeside Resort

I have heard Lakeside Resort was sold. Does anyone know if this is true? Apparently the new owner is tearing the place down and putting in condo’s. They have already told fish shack owners to find another resort…

Just wondering if this is true and if anyone knows the name of the new owner?
