I’ve been preoccupied with building a house lately but snuck out with Bobbers the other evening to check out the night bite.
We fished a couple hours after dinner until about 9 PM trolling cranks in 6′ to 12′ of water.
Changing colors often we hooked 1-26 1/2″ Walleye, 1-15″ Smallie and 1 big fat rock bass. All the fish came on Rattling jointed Shad Raps in the Firetiger and Crayfish colors. I ran small Wally divers for a while in various colors but had no takers.
Bob may of scooped me on the report but i’ve got the picture!
Water temps are still in the high 60s around the lake, hopefully the cooler weather will kick the bite up a notch.
