We have had a late bug hatch here on Mille Lacs….I noticed some lake flies last night at dark, but tonite with the west wind we have now has blown more our way to the eastside of the lake. This is really late for a bug hatch here as I recall? But with the warm weather we have had so far this September I quess that’s why…..
Some say, the sign of a healthy lake are numerous bug hatches?
